Yes, we have plumbers and heating engineers that do offer 24/7 emergency plumbing and heating services that can deal with burst pipes, boiler breakdown, or urgent issue.


How often should my boiler be serviced?

It is recommended by manufacturers to have your boiler serviced annually to ensure it’s running safely and efficiently. This also keeps your warranty valid.


What does a boiler service include?

A full safety check, cleaning of key components, pressure check, flue test, and ensuring the system is working safely and efficiently.


How long does a boiler installation take?

Most boiler installations take 1–2 days depending on the complexity and whether you're switching boiler types, this will allow in most cases a full clean of the system also often referred to as a system or powerflush.


Do you fix leaks and burst pipes?
